Download the enrolment form and print it, after duly filling in the form, post/courier it along with a Demand Draft (DD) of Rs.10,000/- (US $ 500 for NRI/Foreign students) drawn in favour of US Business school, A/C number:35661324718, State Bank of India, HRBR layout, 2nd stage, Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore-560043

Enclose copies of all available:

Marks Cards -10th and 12th and Degree UG (for PG courses) issued by the Board / University.
Conduct / Character Certificate and Transfer Certificate issued by the School / College last studied.
International applicants to include Copies of valid Passport and Student Visa.

Enrolment fee will be refunded to the students who are not selected for the course after deduction of 10% administrative charges.

Approval of admission is subject to confirmation of Eligibility Criteria and selection procedure
